Destress and Stretch!

Did you know that City Center Fitness Center can support your company's health virtually or in your office?! Let us help you get moving and reduce mental clutter with a stretch break!

 

Services such as stretch breaks can be delivered directly to your workplace by our professional wellness team in a group​ setting and are generally 10-15 minutes long. 

  • Stretch Breaks: Do you find yourself tight after a long day at work? Have us come to your space! A group stretching session is conducted to include lower body and upper body stretches targeting specific areas for the desk employee.

​BONUS these breaks are offered at NO COST to you through the fitness center.

AdvantageStart Program

AdvantageStart is a 12-week workout plan that can be done in the gym or at your home! Meant for beginners or someone looking to change things up and go back to the basics. Over the 12 weeks, AdvantageHealth Certified Personal Trainers will provide workout videos for you to complete. A calendar will be provided so you know when to do what workout and when you get rest days for optimal recovery.

AdvantageStrong Program

AdvantageStrong is a 6-week strength workout plan that can be done in the gym or at your own home! Over the course of the 6-week program, AdvantageHealth certified personal trainers will provide workout videos for you to complete. A calendar will be provided so you know when to do what workout and when you get rest days for optimal strength and recovery.

This is a great program to do once you have completed AdvantageStart. They build off each other and between the two programs provide 18 weeks of scheduled workouts to knock those goals out!
