This yoga series will meet weekly on Wednesdays 12:20-1pm for six weeks. During each class, Geneva will lead you through a flow from one pose to the next using your breath to guide your movement. The sequences will focus on alignment, breathing, balance, strength, and relaxation. This series is open to yogis of any experience level. Reserve your spot today!
