Alyssa Fridays | 11:30 - 12:00pm Take a step away from the desk towards the end of the week, hop on a bike and grab a pair of dumbbells. This class will target cardio-specific bike training and a bit of strength heading into the weekend. Members will become familiar with the bike for 20 minutes and finish with strength for 10 minutes.
